Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: God gave us a Kingdom – we just need to take it. Those are the life-changing words of Bill Mitchell, who reveals how coming to the Kingdom of God can change your life – whether you’ve ever gone to church or not. Mitchell’s treatise affirms the work of more than forty different authors who wrote sixty-six different books proclaiming the greatest story of our lives. He seeks to answer questions such as: How to know what God has given to us? What is the purpose of our Lord? Why we must be born of water and the Spirit? What it means to love God and your neighbor as yourself? The author concludes that for us to get back to the Kingdom of God, we must do as our Lord has said. That is everyone. We cannot all do as each of us desires and expect to be right with God. The message of our Lord is consistent and does not waver. Recognize God for who He is and what He has given to us through His Son Jesus Christ with the lessons and insights in Coming Back to the Kingdom of God.

Download or read book The Trouble with the Trinity written by Carlos A. Pinkham and published by Covenant Books, Inc.. This book was released on 2019-07-26 with total page 290 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: One God or one with several forms? Or maybe two, three, or perhaps many separate Gods? If you seriously study all the "Christian" religions, you will find that each of these possibilities is claimed. That is one "trouble" with the Trinity-there are just too many possibilities. Which, if any, is right? Which view does the Bible support? And if it supports one view, how strongly and in exactly what way? The Trouble with the Trinity attempts to study every verse in God's Word that links a name for one or more members of the Godhead with a nearby word or concept for God. Nearly a thousand verses meet this condition. Collating them into logical categories reveals the eight, and only eight, possible ways and combinations that could help us understand that the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit is Three in One. Moreover, when the verses in each of these eight ways are further organized, they provide deep insights into the nature of God. And when the eight ways are woven together, they reveal a startling symbol with relevance to Judaism, Christianity, Islam, geometry, and our neural network. Furthermore, these insights are reinforced through the symbolism of the colors used in the tabernacle when these colors are properly applied to the eight parts of the symbol. The book incorporates mathematics and science, especially the biological sciences, written with plain language, into the discussions of the Trinity. Some of the proposed connections have never been posited elsewhere. It also considers other symbols and icons of the Trinity for their ability to reflect aspects of the Triune Godhead. The Trouble with the Trinity is not written for the theologian, although it includes a section that presents a theological discussion of the Trinity. Rather, it is written for those who are curious about or confused by the Trinity. The reader will gain insights into such matters as: Is there a spiritual heart separate and distinct from our internal blood pump? What is ‘the mind,’ who controls it, and what does it have to do with our behaviors? What is ‘prevenient grace,’ and how does it work? Should Christians attempt to convert those who declare themselves as atheists? Agnostics? What is ‘Faith-Based’ counseling, and does it differ from Christian counseling? Can an unsaved person be helped through Faith-Based counseling? What grace blockers stand between man and God, and interfere with his desire that all be saved? What is the relationship between Christian maturity and the fruit of the Holy Spirit? What grace blockers can prevent a believer from reaching their full potential in Christ? And much, much more. Enjoy the read, and may the Holy Spirit of God make it a true blessing to you!

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The Secret Astrology of the Bible by Michael Ledo is a landmark book that will change the way the scholarly community and the general public views the Bible, history and myth. Epic in scope, this provocative book explores the connections between religious belief and cosmic theory, even as it attempts to explain contradictions and irregularities in the text. The Bible, states Ledo, was constructed as a living document, with much of its text expanded as time went on. If readers stripped away this added material, they could actually be left with an Early Bronze Age text, over a thousand years older than what is currently accepted by scholars. This text, suggests Ledo, would be a veritable cosmic myth which follows the constellations with stories in a contiguous fashion that combine both history and myth. Originally sold as "On Earth as it is in Heaven, The Cosmic Roots of the Bible."
